Who says love isn't - a poem on love

Who Says Love Isn’t (A Poem)

Who says love isn’t visible
I see it everytime I look in those mesmerizing brown eyes

Who says love isn’t telepathic
That’s why I understand whatever you wanna say
Before you even say!

Who says love isn’t impatient
Ask me, who wishes it’s your name that pops up,
everytime my device chimes up

Who says love isn’t speechless
That’s why I become a dumb mute
When I’m with you

Who says drugs ain’t dangerous
I feel it coursing through my veins
Destroying my brain
Whenever I hear your name

Who says love isn’t strong
It’s a sacred thread wrapped by layers of trust, affection and bond

Who says love isn’t influencing
It makes the brave shy
And the shy into brave

Who says love isn’t passionate
Ask me, who doesn’t even blink
Whenever our lips are in sync

Who says love isn’t imperfect
When all I want is to to love & caress your imperfections

Who says love isn’t life
It’s a connection that keeps us both feeling ‘alive’

Who says love is boring
Time flies
When you are by my side

Who says love isn’t poetic
Our love strikes a rhyme
Unbreakable, intertwined!

Who says love isn’t bright
When I’m in dark
You show me the light

Who says love isn’t eternal
Then why do I still hear
The names of Krishna & Radha in my ears

Who says all these lines?
Is it a Romeo or is it Shakespeare
Who’s fallen in love with not just a Juliet!
